Welcome to the US section of CASABLANCAPARIS.COM (the “US Site”). The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of merchandise by CBParis Group Ltd. and its affiliated entities worldwide (hereinafter, “Casablanca”, “the provider”, “we”, “us” and “our”) to you through the US Site.
The US Site is available only for purchases made and delivered within the United States. Your use of the US Site to purchase merchandise indicates your agreement to follow and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (United States) (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the US Site or ordering any products (“Products”).
Purchases made through the US Site by customers in the United States are processed and fulfilled by CBP US Corp., a Delaware corporation having an address at c/o Corporation Service Company, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, County of New Castle, Wilmington, DE 19808 United States.
You may not order or obtain Products or services from the US Site if you (a) do not agree to these Terms, (b) are not the older of (i) at least 18 years of age or (ii) legal age to form a binding contract with Casablanca, or (c) are prohibited from accessing or using the US Site or any of the US Site’s contents, goods or services by applicable law.
These Terms are subject to change by Casablanca without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. The latest version of these Terms will be posted on this US Site, and you should review these Terms before purchasing any Product or services that are available through this US Site. Your continued use of the US Site after a posted change in these Terms will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
Please note that there are additional terms and policies that apply to your use of the US Site and our relationship with you.

The foregoing terms and policies and these Terms, together with any other rules and regulations posted on our US Site are collectively referred to as the “Site Policies” and are incorporated into the Terms of Use that apply generally to the use of the US Site by this reference. Access to and use of the US Site, as well as the purchase of Products on the US Site, are based on the assumption that you have read, understood and accepted all Site Policies. By using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and the other Site Policies. If you do not agree to the Site Policies, please do not use the Site.
These terms may have changed since you last reviewed them.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete any part of these Terms and the other Site Policies at any time. Any amended version of the Terms will be posted on the US Site by us and the date at the top of these Terms will be amended to show when these Terms were last revised. We recommend that you revisit these Terms regularly to keep informed of the current Terms and Site Policies that apply to your use of the US Site and the delivery of your Products.
1. Placing Your Order & Order Cancellation
All orders placed on the US Site are subject to email confirmation by us; we may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. Sometimes we reject or cancel orders, for example, because a Product is unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable, because we are unable to deliver to the address provided by you, because the Product was mispriced by us, or where we suspect fraudulent activity in relation to your account or the order. In the event of order rejection or cancellation by Casablanca, any customer payments that have been processed in connection with such rejected or cancelled order shall be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that the products displayed on the US Site may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, pursuant to these Terms, all products listed in your order. If accepted, your confirmation e-mail will contain your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Registered users may also refer to the “Account Area” section of the US Site for the details of their order.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors or which could otherwise be made in violation of our Site Policies.
Access to and any use of the Site or services, including viewing the Site pages, communicating with Casablanca via our forms, downloading product information and purchasing products on the Site, are all activities to be carried out exclusively for personal use with no connection to any commercial, business or professional activity.
2. Prices
All prices are in US Dollars. All prices posted on the US Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or duties, and any applicable taxes and duties will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Before finalizing and placing your order, you are advised to check the final sale price, and total amount due, which is inclusive of sales tax applied in accordance with applicable state and local regulations based on your shipping address.
The amount of sales tax charged on your order will depend upon various factors, including, for example, the item purchased, sales price and destination of the shipment. Since sales tax regulations are subject to change, please refer to your final invoice with the shipping confirmation e-mail to see the amount of sales tax collected on the associated order.
3. Payment
Payment for the orders of Products on the US Site must be made by you at the time the order is submitted, using the data provided in the order form. Your order can be paid for by debit card, credit card or the other payment methods indicated on the purchase page at checkout. We do not accept cash or checks for online purchases. We may use certain third-party providers to process credit card payments on the US Site.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card and payment information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card or payment method for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
The use of credit and debit cards and the financial information (e.g. the credit/debit card number, user codes, verification of the owner and expiration date, etc.) will be protected by encryption protocols and specific security systems for online transactions. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how Casablanca handles and protects your data.
4. Shipping & Delivery
The specific terms of shipment, delivery and return or exchange of the products are outlined in detail on our Delivery and Returns page and are an integral and essential part of these Terms.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
You bear all risk of loss and damage to the Products from the time the same have departed from our fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the Products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by the common carrier.
If the Products in your order arrive damaged, faulty or otherwise defective and you think this could be because of the courier’s handling of your order, please inform us of this as soon as you can and if possible, within 5 business days of you receiving the Products so we can help you resolve the issue. Please note this clause does not affect any of your rights under the consumer legislation within the territory that you are based. Please refer to the Section on Defective and Nonconforming Products for more information.
You may be responsible for any fees or charges incurred for re-delivery or restocking if you do not give us accurate or complete delivery information or your shipment is unable to be delivered by the carrier as ordered.
5. Product Quality and Characteristics
The Products offered for sale on the US Site bear one or more Casablanca trademarks. The Products for sale on the US Site are new articles only, with the characteristics and standards typical of Casablanca apparel and accessories.
The main characteristics of each product are available on the US Site on the relevant Product information page.
Some of our Products are made from natural materials and textiles, including leather. These materials inherently contain unique variations in color, texture, grain, markings, and overall appearance. Such natural characteristics are not considered defects or faults but are features that contribute to the individuality and authenticity of each item.
Please note that while we try to accurately display the colors of Products both online and in our marketing materials and packaging, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and browser and may not be accurate and may not exactly match a Product’s true color.
6. Product Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your qualifying item within 14 days from the purchase date. Customers in the United States who wish to return a Product must contact our Customer Service team using our Contact form to receive a return label. Please be advised that a fee of $15 will be deducted from any refund you receive.
Returns must be unworn with the original labeling attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. Casablanca also reserves the right to refuse returns outside of the 14-day return window. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Casablanca will credit your original payment method with the refund amount, minus the return shipping fee.
Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider’s processing policies.
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please see the Defective or Nonconforming Product section below and contact us directly so that we can assist you promptly.
Defective or Nonconforming Products.
We take great care in inspecting all items before shipping. However, if you receive a Product that is defective or non-conforming, please contact our Customer Service Team here within 5 days of delivery. If you discover a defect only after using one of our Products, you must submit a claim to us as soon as reasonably practicable after discovering the defect, and in any event no later than 6 months from the date of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect (if possible).
Once we review your request, we’ll provide options for a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
Please note that items must be in their original condition and unworn (except for trying on) to qualify, unless the claimed defect arises in the course of use. Please follow all care and laundering instructions provided with your Product. We are not responsible for defects, shrinkage, distortion, color fading, or other alterations that result from failure to follow these instructions.
Nothing herein limits or waives any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
7. Product Variations & Updates
We may make minor updates or improvements to Product materials, packaging, or appearance from time to time. These changes will not affect the Product’s overall functionality or value.
If the Product you receive is materially different from the description or images provided at the time of purchase, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer regulations. This may include a full refund, free return or replacement. Please contact our Customer Service Team here to request assistance.
8. Right to Suspend Supply
We may suspend or delay the supply of a Product if we are unable to fulfill the order due to reasons such as inventory shortages, safety concerns, quality issues, supplier delays, errors in product information, or legal or regulatory requirements.
If we suspend or cancel an order after payment has been received, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. For any order that cannot be fulfilled, you will be entitled to a full refund or, if available, the option to wait for restock or receive a replacement.
9. Force Majeure
Casablanca shall not be responsible for any delays or failures to deliver orders due to force majeure (including, by way of example but not limited to, any unforeseeable and unavoidable fact or circumstance that is beyond the control of Casablanca, such as blocking of means of transport, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning strikes, interruptions in the telecommunication network, wars, blockades, strikes, epidemics, decrees by the authorities, etc.) or fortuitous event. Casablanca shall not be liable for any damages (direct or indirect), losses or costs incurred as a result of the delayed or non-performance of the contract for the sale of the products on the US Site due to the aforementioned force majeure, and the sole remedy you shall have in such instance shall be a refund of the price paid if the purchased products cannot be delivered.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
CASABLANCA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE US SITE NOR AS TO THE MERCHANDISE AND PRODUCTS BEING SOLD TO YOU.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASABLANCA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS CONTAINED ON OUR ORDER CONFIRMATION.
CASABLANCA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE US SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES.
11. Governing Law and Choice of Forum
The laws of the State of New York (without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles) govern all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, including, without limitation, their validity, interpretation, construction, performance, and enforcement. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought solely in the City of New York, State of New York.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with the other Site Policies) set out the entire agreement between us in respect of use of the US Site and the sale, purchase, delivery and use of the Products. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these Terms is binding on us unless agreed by us in writing.
13. No Waiver
The waiver of any provision shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Casablanca’s right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.
15. Errors & Inaccuracies
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on the US Site. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and Product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
16. Assignment
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another party at any time. We will let you know if this happens. You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.
17. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are intended solely for you and us. Except as expressly stated otherwise, no other person or entity has any rights or benefits under these Terms.
