If you are a member of the Casablanca Membership Club ("account"), your account information. For wholesale customers, we will also collect your job title, place of work and employer's name. If you do not provide (certain parts of) Identity Information either via your account or as guest, we may not be able to fulfil your order or to provide you with our services. For video images collected by CCTV, photos and images of you including your facial image.

Payment information – information about your method of payment, the last four digits of your payment card, your billing address, information about your purchase.

We collect this information when you purchase a product from our website or one of our directly operated monobrand stores, through the use of CCTV in our stores, fill out the contact form on our website, create an account, fill out preferences or interests, participate in a survey or event, or otherwise communicate with us by email, phone, text or social media.

 

Order information: information about your purchases and product preferences, either from our website, directly operated monobrand stores or wholesale business.

 

Enquiry Information Any personal information that is not Identity Information that you include in your communications with us (including any feedback you provide to us).

Where permitted in our legitimate interest or with your prior consent where required by law, we will use your personal data for marketing analysis and to provide you with promotional update communications by email and/or SMS about our services.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

How long we keep your personal data

Where CCTV images and footage are retained for investigation, they will be stored for no more than 30 days, unless required to be retained longer in line with legal requirements.

In some circumstances we will anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
