What is personal data?

Contact and order information
Information category How do we collect this information?

Identity Information – Your name, email address, gender, phone number, address, delivery address, and/or birthday. If you are a member of the Casablanca Membership Club (“account”), your account information. For wholesale customers, we will also collect your job title, place of work and employer's name. If you do not provide (certain parts of) Identity Information either via your account or as guest, we may not be able to fulfil your order or to provide you with our services. For video images collected by CCTV, photos and images of you including your facial image.

Payment information – information about your method of payment, the last four digits of your payment card, your billing address, information about your purchase.

 We collect this information when you purchase a product from our website or one of our directly operated monobrand stores, through the use of CCTV in our stores, fill out the contact form on our website, create an account, fill out preferences or interests, participate in a survey or event, or otherwise communicate with us by email, phone, text or social media.
Order information: information about your purchases and product preferences, either from our website, directly operated monobrand stores or wholesale business.
Enquiry Information – Any personal information that is not Identity Information that you include in your communications with us (including any feedback you provide to us).
Usage data

Technical Information – Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the internet, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our website. Usage Information – Interaction information about your use of our website including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream, content you viewed or searched for, content response times, download errors, length of visits to certain content, interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and hover-overs), and methods used to browse away from content.

Please note that we may also deploy a footfall camera in our stores to analyse visitor traffic levels and how visitors interact with the store using 3D depth mapping and low-resolution footage. There is no intention to collect any personal data through such footfall cameras which are provided by a third party.

 

Our promotional updates and communications

Where permitted in our legitimate interest or with your prior consent where required by law, we will use your personal data for marketing analysis and to provide you with promotional update communications by email and/or SMS about our services.

You can object to further marketing at any time by selecting the "unsubscribe" link at the end of all our marketing and promotional update communications to you, or by sending us an email to customerservice@casablancaparis.com.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
