Shipping

A. Unless otherwise noted and subject to applicable restrictions, we will ship items internationally and typically within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of order. Tracking information will be sent after your order ships. International customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties.

B. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. Kindly note that if you are not at home when the product is delivered and/or no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the courier will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot. At this time, due to COVID-19, customers may not be expected to sign for goods. Please be aware, however, that our service may not be a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address can sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for and/or delivered in a building, for example, an office address that has been provided for delivery. Furthermore, we will require to receive a DOR (Denial of Receipt) letter from you, the consignee, within 7 days of delivery to proceed with lost order claims. Unfortunately, after this period we will not be able to proceed with such a claim.

C. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

D. Returns. Unless the item is a final sale (e.g., Limited release or marked on sale at the time of purchase), returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt.
