A host of ‘70s-inspired psychedelic prints and vibrant colours pay tribute to Collins’ legendary contributions to the funk music scene—and, just as you’d expect, there are several riffs on the artist’s signature star sunglasses and funkadelic top hats. The lowrider scene is celebrated with rich, embroidered fabrics, intricate patterns, and customised detailing. Detailed, hand-painted prints rely on bold lines, cultural symbols and artistic storytelling to riff on the impressive patterns that distinguish SoCal’s Mexican-American tattoo culture.

Echoing the unfettered, rebellious energy of Venice Beach’s skate and surf scene, the collection plays with relaxed fits, graphic tees, and distressed denim, as graffiti prints and skate graphics evoke a retro, laid-back ‘70s surfer vibe.
